Returns & Refunds

Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange products unless defective. This is for the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers. Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave the warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.

Defective items will be replaced with the exact same model only for 30 days after purchase with original packaging. There are no exchanges or returns of videos or DVD's, defective items will be replaced with the exact same title only.

Any returns of defective items must be approved in advance and must be unused items with complete packaging. Returns not approved in advance will not be allowed. You must send us an email and get an approval email with Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) back from us.

Please be aware that YourAdultToyStore.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages when in transit back to the warehouse for defective replacement. We recommend that all packages are fully insured for your return order in the case it is lost or damaged. We also recommend that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

Damaged Products During Shipment

All merchandise leaves the warehouse in perfect condition. All damaged goods must be reported to YourAdultToyStore.com within 7 days from the receipt of goods. If you receive a shipment that has exterior damage, has been opened or re-taped, a claim must be filed at the time of delivery with the carrier. If, or when possible, make sure the driver notes the damage. We ask that you take pictures of the damages to help document your claim.  We also ask that you save the original cartons and packing material for the carrier to inspect, as this is required by all carriers. Contact us with your damage claim reference number assigned by your carrier and we will be there to support you.

Shipping & Handling

Please allow 3-8 days transit time for delivery of your order using standard USPS First Class shipping within the US. Please allow 1-3 days transit time for expedited Priority or Priority Express shipping.

Once an order has been processed and transmitted to the warehouse to be packaged for shipping it cannot be cancelled.

Orders are processed as they are received. Please allow 1-2 business days processing time for your order to be prepared for shipping. If an item is out of stock we will contact you and/or follow your preferences as indicated on your order. We do not ship on weekends or United States national holidays.

Please note: orders totaling over $250 will require a signature for delivery. Standard shipping for orders under 13 oz will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail or UPS Surepost and could be shipped in a plain envelope. If you would prefer that your order be shipped in a box, please choose an expedited shipping method. You may put a note in the 'additional information' box during checkout to request that your order be shipped in a box, but that is not guaranteed.

If your order is returned to us because of an error on your part, such as you typed your address incorrectly, or your package was refused or was unable to be delivered, you will have to pay for the cost to re-ship your package. If you choose to get a refund instead, you will be given a refund minus the original shipping fee and a possible restocking fee up to 30%. PLEASE make sure your address is correct so we can avoid any shipping problems.

Shipping to countries other than the USA will increase the shipping time and cost. Also, when shipping to other countries, if the package has to go through customs, it is the responsibility of the customer if the package is confiscated and for any customs fees. The customer should be aware of the regulations/restrictions for their respective country.

International customers should note that choosing UPS shipping could result in an additional fee billed by UPS at the time of delivery. The person who the order is delivered to will have to pay the fee before delivery. This fee is different from the shipping cost and we do not collect this fee - it is UPS that charges this additional fee and it is beyond our control.

Payment

We accept several forms of payment. Visa, MasterCard Discover & Amex/American Express credit cards are accepted. Plus, we accept PayPal for payment for your sex toys.

Since we do not produce any of the videos/dvds that we sell nor manufacture any of the products, we do not keep any original copies of the 2257 compliance documents. The studios that produce the videos and dvds have represented that all persons in the productions are over 18. Also, the sex toy manufacturers that show models on their product boxes have also represented that the models are over 18. These documents are maintained by the studios and manufacturers and can be viewed if contacted directly.
